Not everyone gets to spend Christmas surrounded by family and friends, with a ham on the table and gifts for all. The holiday season can be lonely and Wayside Chapel is committed to making the Christmas period a time to come together as a community and support those who are less fortunate and more vulnerable.

Wayside Chapel makes Christmas more special for people in need.

They are back again with the annual donate a plate project. For just $25, you can provide a meal with all the trimmings for a homeless person living in on the streets.

$25 will provide one meal to feed a homeless person
$50 will feed a couple
$100 will feed a family of four
$250 will sponsor a table to feed 10 people

If you want to make your donation on behalf of a friend, family member or colleague, use the 'perks' option to receive a blank paper plate 'gift card', which we'll post to you. Share the plate in lieu of a gift this Christmas. In addition to this your name will be written on a plate at the Christmas Day Street Party to recognise your support to feed the homeless.
