COMMUNITY - There's a new ferry service from Elizabeth Bay

As of December 2018 Captain Cook Cruises have stepped up their game to include ferries, in the new cohort of ride sharing and on demand transport services.

Forget timetables, transport cards and traffic. The AHOY App from Captain Cook Cruises brings the ferry to you, when you need it. Similar to ride sharing services, the app lets you see where your ferry is, tracks your journey and time until your ferry’s arrival - all on your mobile device.

The first services for Sydney Harbour operate between Elizabeth Bay, Garden Island and Circular Quay during morning and afternoon peak-commuter times.

The AHOY fleet consists of the new and versatile “tubby-class” ferries. No payment, or ticket redemption required until you board the ferry.

Hail one of our ferries from any of these three locations:

Morning Peak Services - 6:45AM to 9:15AM

Elizabeth Bay Marina
Garden Island Wharf
Circular Quay, Harbour Master Steps

Afternoon Peak Services - 4:15PM to 7:30PM

Elizabeth Bay Marina
Garden Island Wharf
Circular Quay, Harbour Master Steps

Fast and efficient - only 12 minutes each way!

Operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
