Sydney’s home of Jamaican inspired jerk eats and tropical cocktails, Rosie Campbells, is celebrating all things Caribbean culture, freedom, music and dancing this October in the first of many Rosie Carnivals. Inspired by some of the world's most renowned parties from Trinidad to the Cayman Islands, Rosie Campbells will be creating a fully bespoke set menu for the day accompanied by signature cocktails, along with music from PU-SIKI, dancehall dancers, steel drum performances, limbo competitions and much much more. Oh and did we mention the foods on us for the best dressed table?
